Tethersonde soundings were done at 23:00Z on August 25, 02:00Z, 05:00Z, 08:00Z, 11:00Z, and 17:00Z on August 26. The 20:00Z sounding on August 25 was cancelled due to rain and helicopter traffic. Battery failure during the 11:00Z sounding on August 26 resulted in no data getting collected, and light rains caused loss of the descent data during the 17:00Z sounding (ascent is available).

Tower and radiation measurement systems functioned well. Air temperatures on Meck Island ranged from approximately 299K to 303K. Relative humidity varied from 68% to 90%. Winds were predominately easterly, with wind speeds ranging from approximately 6 to 10 m/s.
