Our time in Mexico City and surrounding areas will introduce students to local LGBTQ activists, organizations, and change-makers.
The Education Rome 2020 Exploration Seminar is in its third year and currently accepting applications with a priority deadline of February 15th.
It is a 3-week program based at the UW Rome Center (right in the heart of the Italian capital) that explores the impact of historical and contemporary concepts of gender and multiculturalism.

EPI 201 – Outbreak Investigation & Response
Take a step into the world of an outbreak investigator! Learn how disease outbreaks – such as coronavirus 2019, Ebola, food-borne illnesses, and pandemic flu – start, spread, and are detected and investigated.
**This is the 3rd year the program is taking UW students to Nepal. This program is an ongoing collaboration between UW and partners at Kathmandu University and Dhulikhel Hospital.
