Workshop: Overview of Corporate and Intellectual Property Issues for Startups

Friday, January 10, 2020, 12:30 – 2 pm

When should you form your company? Should your company be structured as a C-Corp, LLC, non-profit, or some other entity? What are the ways you can protect your intellectual property? When should you file a patent? We will discuss these and other relevant legal issues for startups. This will be in conjunction with the UW Entrepreneurial Law Clinic.
