About Me

I am a graduate student in the Department of Atmospheric Sciences at the University of Washington in Seattle. My research focuses on the role of tropical clouds in Earth's climate. I am advised by Professor Dennis Hartmann and am a NASA FINESST graduate fellow.

I graduated from Yale University in 2017, where I majored in Environmental Engineering and Geology & Natural Resources. After college, I worked as a hiking guide in Guatemala for an amazing group called Quetzaltrekkers and spent some time as a research assistant in the Department of Geosciences at the University of Oslo, Norway.

When I'm not working, you can find me hiking in the Cascades, running, taking photographs, and roaming Seattle's blackberry patches.
