Description
Starts MATLAB process. If a MATLAB process has already been started, subsequent calls to MLOpen do nothing. Use MLOpen to restart MATLAB after you have stopped it with MLClose in a given Excel session.
Note:
We recommend using matlabinit rather than MLOpen, since matlabinit
starts MATLAB and initializes Excel Link.
