Window Specification Region

This region allows you to specify the window type to be used when Window is selected from the FIR menu in the Design Method region. The options are:

• Chebyshev (chebwin)
• Bartlett (bartlett)
• Blackman (blackman)
• Boxcar (boxcar)
• Hamming (hamming)
• Hann (hann)
• Kaiser (kaiser)
• Triangular (triang)

When Chebyshev or Kaiser are selected, the secondary Parameter field allows you to specify the Chebyshev stopband ripple magnitude (in dB) or the Kaiser parameter, respectively. See chebwin and kaiser for more information.
