AXES

This command makes it possible to scale the plot axes either linearly or logarithmically.

Widget:

Click the left mouse button on either the Contour Options button or the Line P. Options button in the main menu. When the Contour Options or Line Options widget appears, move the mouse pointer to the Axes line, and click-and-hold on the pull-down menu button. Drag the mouse pointer to the desired value, then release the mouse button.Usage description

Command:

AXES = axis_type

Arguments :

axis_type: valid values for axis_type are:
- linlin: both the horizontal and vertical plot axes are scaled linearly.
- linlog: the horizontal plot axis is scaled linearly while the vertical plot axis is scaled logarithmically.
- loglin: the horizontal plot axis is scaled logarithmically while the vertical plot axis is scaled linearly.
- loglog: both the horizontal and vertical plot axes are scaled logarithmically.

Examples :

AXES = LINLIN
both plot axes are scaled linearly.

Notes :

This option remains in effect until changed. The default is LINLIN.
