The meetings will be in Building 9 (the auditorium building) at the NOAA Western Regional Center off Sand Point Way NE.

Driving north on Sandpoint Way Northeast you will drive about 0.5 miles past the Naval Station Puget Sound entrance (which is on NE 65th and Sandpoint Way NE). You will turn right (there is a flashing yellow crosswalk light) into the NOAA facility. The address is 7600 Sand Point Way NE, and drive to Building 9 where the meeting is held.
