Conference Details

GCC 2014 will be hosted at the Pack Forest Conference Center during the weekend of October 31 - November 2. The Pack Forest Conference Center is 1.5 hours south of the University of Washington campus in Seattle and offers shared cabins as accommodations.

Transport

Getting to Seattle from SeaTac Airport (and vice versa):
Google maps and King County Metro’s online trip planner are both good resources for finding the fastest route using public transportation. The OneBusAway smartphone app is a great way to track bus arrival and departure times when using any of the buses within and around Seattle.
We recommend riding the Link Light Rail to get to Seattle downtown from the airport, and then transferring to a bus to get to UW or other locations outside of downtown. Be mindful that the Light Rail stops running between 1 AM and 5 AM Monday-Saturday and between midnight and 6 AM Sunday.
More convenient/expensive options include a taxi or Super Shuttle.

Getting to Pack Forest from SeaTac or UW (and vice versa):
You will receive an email shortly that will detail your travel itinerary (ie. when and where you will be picked up and dropped off).
