Spring 2010 Graduation Reception

You are invited to join us for a graduation reception in your honor. Parents and loved ones are encouraged to attend.

When: Thursday, June 10, 3:30-4:30
Where: ATG, Room 310C
RSVP by 3pm on Friday, May 14

Apply for a 2010 Academic Achievement Scholarship
Application forms for the 2010 Academic Achievement Scholarship for undergraduate Atmospheric Sciences majors are now available here. To be eligible, you must be a current Atmos Sci major or in the process of applying for admission to the UW as an Atmos Sci major.

Deadline: February 12, 2010


Atmospheric Sciences Undergrad Information Meeting

Do you like learning about weather and the environment?

On Tuesday, Nov 10, the Department of Atmospheric Sciences is
hosting an informational meeting and social for any undergraduate
student who is interested in finding out more about studying atmospheric
sciences. All UW students are invited to attend, Atmos Sci majors and
non-majors alike.

This will be a great opportunity to find out about exciting
possibilities for study in the atmospheric sciences, about different
options within the major and also about career choices after graduation.
You'll be able to meet Atmos Sci faculty, current majors and staff.
You'll also learn about scholarship opportunities.

So mark your calendars:
