Dr. Gretchen Mullendore, an Atmospheric Sciences alumna and currently Associate Professor of Atmospheric Sciences at the University of North Dakota, is being honored this year with the 2017 UND Faculty Scholar Award, which recognizes outstanding achievement in all three areas of research, teaching, and service.

This is a prestigious award granted to the top 5% of student participants (graduate and undergraduate) for quality research in the geophysical sciences.
